What could be more fun than a birthday party at the Children’s Museum? The Children’s Museum does all the hard work! All you have to do is show up! A birthday party at the Children’s Museum can be tailored specifically to what your child loves most! Invite your party guests to experience the over 55 hands-on exhibits between blowing out the candles on the birthday cake and opening those special gifts!

expERIEnce Children’s Museum birthday parties include:

The use of the birthday loft and or classroom for two hours
Museum admission for all the birthday children
A volunteer will be assigned to assist with the party – start to finish.
Apple juice and all paper products, including birthday hats (for party children only)

Pizza Pizzaz!
Add pizza to your child’s birthday celebration for $1.50 per child. (one slice per child)

The “Basic Bash” (minimum charge $100)
This great package is only $10 per child. You bring the cake and ice cream – we’ll do the rest.

The “Great Celebration” (minimum charge $125)
This birthday package is $12.50 per child. We provide everything you need. In addition to all the party goods, we provide either a chocolate or yellow dirt cake and ice cream cups. The cake consists of pudding and cake heaped into a plastic pail with “gummy worms” squirming out the top. It’s delicious, hilarious and a big hit with kids and adults alike.

NOTE:

There is a discount for adult supervision:
Birthday child 6 years or under: one adult per child is admitted free.
Birthday child 7 years or older: one adult admitted free for every five children.
Admission for additional adults is $5.00.
Cake, ice cream and pizza are provided for birthday children only.
Please bring beverages and food for any adults attending the party.
Parent must provide the Museum staff with a guest list with the number of parents and children invited.
An adult from the party is required to remain near the door to collect gifts and cards. The Museum will not be held responsible for the collection of gifts and cards.

Party times

Wednesday-Saturday 10:30-12:30 or 1:30-3:30
Sundays from 1:30-3:30.
Reservations require a $20 deposit to hold your date.
Members receive a 10 percent discount on parties!

Celebration Donation
We have found that many people want to give back to their community in one form or another but don't know where to begin. Celebration Donation is a non-profit organization that helps people celebrate special times in their lives by giving to others. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, retirement or graduation, you can commemorate the occasion with a donation to your favorite charity using Celebration Donation.

If you are considering giving back, please consider the expERIEnce Children's Museum. When you visit the Celebration Donation website, you can select the expERIEnce Children's Museum as the recipient of your donation. All donations will be used to fund programming at the Museum.

Overnight Program
An overnight Museum experience is filled with fun and adventure. Kids will have full use of the Children’s Museum and all it has to offer! The night includes special educational activities and fun demonstrations by the Overnight Volunteer Team.

We’ve covered all the bases – dinner, breakfast, a late-night snack, overnight accommodations, special crafts and exhibit demonstrations – all in an environment where learning and fun go hand in hand.

Overnights are great for any school, church, or organized group of 20 or more children. We even select activities to help earn special badges for Girl Scout and Boy Scout groups!

Fees: $20 per child
One adult is required for every five children. There is free admission for the chaperone adults.
Admission for additional adults is $10.00.
