Thanks to funding from Erie Insurance, we are excited to offer 3rd grade classes the opportunity to visit the Children’s Museum at no cost!

This scholarship covers:

• Transportation to and from the museum
• Admission for each student, teacher, and up to 5 chaperones
• A play-based field trip experience that includes:
  • A quick glimpse into local inventors featured in our Tinkering Tank
  • A scavenger hunt in the Tinkering Tank to find creative inventions
  • Free play in the museum
• A take-home packet with optional Inventor Spotlight Challenge details will be sent home on the day of the trip

Optional Inventor Spotlight Challenge: After the trip, students can participate in an invention challenge. The top three student inventions, judged by a panel of museum partners, will:

• Be featured at our Futuristic Me Career Fair
• Receive a cash prize of $100, $250, or $500

Field trips will be welcomed in February and March
