Parties at the Children’s Museum are a great way to spend time with family and friends in a fun, hands-on and educational environment.
- Museum admission for 15 children and 15 adults
- Use of party space for 2 hours
- Birthday crown for birthday child

PARTY DETAILS
- Your standard party includes up to 15 children and 15 adults and your exclusive party includes up to 25 children and unlimited adults
- Items you may be bring into your party space: balloons, tabletop decorations (no wall decorations), party favors, additional food
- Items not allowed: confetti, glitter, silly string, piñatas, wall decorations
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book a party.
- Parties rescheduled within two weeks of a party date are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

How early do I need to book my party?
We recommend booking your party six weeks in advance.
Where do we go when we arrive for our party?
All party guests should check in at the Children’s Museum front desk and let the museum staff know they are here for your party.
Is the birthday child included in the guest count?
The birthday child, siblings and parents are included in the guest count.
What if I have more guests than my party include?
Our Standard Party includes up to 15 children and 15 adults. Additional child guests can be added for $10 each.
Our Exclusive Party includes up to 25 children and unlimited adults. Additional child guests can be added for $10 each.
What if my guests are expERIEnce Children’s Museum members – are they included in the guest count?
Yes, all party guests are included in the guest count.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in food and drinks (no alcohol). If you would like to order pizza, we do offer that as an add-on option.
What’s included in the treat bags?
Our treat bags are made just for your party and are comprised of age appropriate goodies such as rubber duckies, temporary tattoos, slinkys, book-marks, sticky hands, etc.
What time can I start setting up?
You will have access to the party space 30 minutes prior to the start time of your party. Don’t forget, you will have the friendly museum staff to help you with your things!
Can we stay after the party?
Yes, You must vacate the party space at the end of your party, but all party guests are welcome to stay and play until closing time.
Museum directions and Parking
On the weekends, Erie Insurance graciously allows us to use their parking lot directly across the street from the Museum.
