Celebrate America's Birthday!
Step back in time and explore life long ago! Mini Explorers will discover American art, food, and traditions from the time of the American Revolution.
Campers will try candle making, practice quilting stitches, and even help turn butter, all hands-on and full of fun! Plus, they’ll meet the artisans who keep these historic crafts alive during our Made in the USA: America 250 Program on July 2nd.
This camp is perfect for little hands and big imaginations ready to create, explore, and play with history.
Mini Explorer Camps are created for children 4 – 6 years old
Mini Explorer Camps begin at 9 AM and end at 12 PM.
Check-In: 8:30 – 9 AM
Morning Includes: 1 STEAM Activity, 1 Story, 1 Game, and 30 Minutes of Free Play in the Museum
Lunch Time: 11:30 AM
Pick-Up: 12 – 12:30 PM
Cost: $185 / Week-Long Camp

Please note: If your membership expires before the camp start date, the member discount will not apply. To ensure your spot, please register at the regular price. Once registered, email Kristina at kristina@eriechildrensmuseum.org, and we will refund the discount after your purchase.
*Pre-registration is required and payment is due at the time of registration.
Children must:
• Have a packed lunch, afternoon snack, and water bottle
• Wear closed toe shoes with socks
• Be potty trained
Please wear play clothes – We will be doing activities that may be messy!
Sunscreen application is recommended prior to coming in for drop off, in addition to bringing sunglasses and hats for outdoor play.
Children who require medications during the day will need to be administered by a parent or assigned care giver. Therapeutic support staff, aides, and nurses are welcome.
