Scouting America Workshops

Designed by Tiger | November 21, 2026
Tigers think like designers! Scouts sketch a project plan, then build a model to help their den cross a river. After gathering feedback, they improve their design and compare the finished project to their original drawing.

Code of the Wolf | December 19, 2026
Wolves crack the code! Scouts send secret messages with a decoder wheel, create and decipher codes to find a destination, spot shapes hiding in nature, and predict which color of candy is most common.

Baloo the Builder | January 23, 2027
Bears learn the tools of the trade! Scouts learn about basic tools, practice using them safely, then choose their tools and materials to design and build their very own candy dispenser.

Build It Badge | February 27, 2027
Webelos build with precision! Scouts learn basic tool safety, check a table for plumb, level, and square, then put those skills to work designing and building their own paper towel holder.

Estimations Badge | March 27, 2027
Arrow of Light scouts sharpen their estimating skills! Scouts guess serving sizes, build a sundial to estimate the time of day, use a stick to estimate the height of a tall object, and find the distance between two points on a map.
